LIAA Community Planner Zach Vega recently traveled to Detroit to learn more about the City’s ongoing child-centric planning effort in the Warrendale Cody Rouge Neighborhood. Unique to most planning efforts, this project places much of the decision making control to the neighborhood’s young people.
