Generally, the data users provide to a Form is stored for later use. Here is how to view those data.

  1. Log in with your Editor or Site Manager account.
  2. Visit the page where the Form is displayed and click the Results button at the top of the  Form view (if you are a Site Manager, you can visit My Profile > Form Manager, then click the Data link next to the Form Component you are interested in). The Form Report window appears.

Edit Data

Click the wrench icon next to any item in the form report to make changes to it.

Delete Data

Check the box next to any item in the form report, then click Delete Checked Items.
