While logged in, if you see a Manage Topics button at the top of the forum topic list, you can add a topic to the forum:

  1. Click Manage Topics . The Forum Topics window appears.
  2. In the Name box, type a short name for the topic.
  3. In the Description box, type a description or explanation of the topic.
  4. Click Add New Topic. The topic appears in the Existing Topics section of the window.
