As Community Planner, Lee engages with communities to help identify and leverage community assets to create sustainable and equitable plans, policies, and practices. Lee came to LIAA in May 2022 with 15 years of experience in multi-jurisdictional and public-private non-profit planning partnerships specific to land use planning, non-motorized transportation, outdoor recreation, and natural resource management. Lee has a B.S. from Texas A&M University in Recreation, Park & Tourism Sciences and a Post Graduate Diploma from Lincoln University New Zealand in Environment, Society and Design specializing in regional policy and planning of natural resources.
