Session 1

Integrating Multimedia into your Web Site (Room 210)

Ready for your web site to make some noise?  We will talk about how to produce audio and video for the web, then discuss various means to deliver it, including built-in Community Center tools, YouTube and others.

Jim Muratzki

Mapping for your Web Site (Room 112)

Maps on your web site can be used many different ways.  From simply showing your location to delivering rich geographical information about your community, maps inform in ways that other media cannot.  We'll talk about different methods to display maps and overlay community-specific content on those maps.

Carl Ferguson

Session 2

To push or to pull?  We will discuss many different ways to get information to your community such as blogging, syndicated content, email newsletters and other techniques using Community Center and other services.

Getting Your Parcel, Tax or other Data Online (Room 112)

Do you have data you would like to share with your online community?  We will discuss and demonstrate tools for getting your data online with Community Center.

The Community Center security system provides a wealth of options for Site Managers to provide users access to specific information.  We will talk about memberships and subscriptions, owners and editors, and everything in between.
