This project, funded by a grant from the People and Land (PAL) Initiative of the W.K. Kellogg Foundation, is focused on providing Upper Peninsula communities with visual enhancement planning assistance. Enhancing the visual qualities of our roadways can contribute to increased tourism and economic development and encourage a feeling of community pride.
