North James St. Plaza Design
LIAA designed a public gathering space for the reconstruction of the North James St. Plaza in Ludington, Michigan.
Working with the City of Ludington Downtown Development Authority (DDA), LIAA created a conceptual design for the redevelopment of the North James St. Plaza in Downtown Ludington. The design incorporates areas for people to gather, improved site amenities, and a pavilion structure for the local farmers markets and public events. LIAA worked with the DDA to identify the desired uses for the space and create a vision for the plaza that makes it more people friendly, aesthetically pleasing, and usable.
