Internet and Mapping Resources for Realtors

What if you could click on a web site and quickly find tax parcel maps for every part of Antrim, Grand Traverse, and Leelanau Counties? What if you could zoom in on a neighborhood, click on a parcel and see information from the county’s equalization department? What if you could, just as easily, see maps and data from the U.S. Census, county soil survey, federal wetlands inventory, and a host of other sources?

Well, you can! Web sites have been developed that include digital mapping and user tools for most locations throughout the Grand Traverse Region. These web sites are maintained by county and local government units with up-to-date information and are available to you TODAY! Through special arrangements with the Traverse Area Association of Realtors (TAAR), LIAA is now offering a hands-on short course about how to find and use these web sites effectively.

Course pre-requisite: Familiarity with Internet browsers.

Pre-registration is required, registration deadline is 5 business days prior to class date.
Minimum enrollment: 4 students. Maximum enrollment: 8 students.
